Just Applied? What to Expect Next
We are so happy you are considering a career with Pivot! Here’s what to expect when you apply to one of our opportunities:
Step One: Application Review
Once your application is received, a Recruiter or Hiring Manager will review. Please understand we receive a high volume of qualified applications and resumes for each position and carefully review and consider each one. While we make every effort to review applications as quickly as possible, a typical timeline is 10-15 business days from receipt.
If your qualifications do not meet the needs of the position, you will receive a notification by email.
Step Two: Phone Interview
If your qualifications match the needs for the position, a Recruiter or Hiring Manager will contact you by telephone, text or email to schedule a phone interview. During this 20 to 30 minutes introductory phone call, we will discuss the requirements of the position and inquire more about your professional experience and career goals.
Following your phone interview, a Recruiter or Hiring Manager will contact you within the week to let you know next steps, which may include an in-person interview.
Step Three: In-person Interview
An in-person interview gives you the opportunity to meet one-on-one with the Hiring Manager and other team members.
At your interview, you will be asked additional questions about your experience and have a chance to ask us additional questions as well. A typical in-person interview lasts one hour and takes place at the location of the job to which you applied. Please dress business or business casual attire.
Step Four: Offer
Our hiring team will make a decision about your potential employment within approximately one week of your in-person interview, Depending upon circumstances and the volume of qualified applicants, a decision may take a little longer. A Hiring Manager or Recruiter will then be in contact to extend a job offer.
Step Five: Onboarding
Upon accepting the job offer, a Recruiter will provide you with next step instructions for coming on board. Your hiring manager will also be in touch discuss first day orientation and schedule.
Step Six: Welcome
Congratulations! You are officially part of the Pivot Family!
