As Front Office Manager, you are a key company leader responsible for direct management and oversight of Patient Care Coordinators and front office activities in your assigned region. While no day may be typical, your daily responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training Patient Care Coordinators, ensuring consistent front office procedures, traveling to clinic sites in response to requests for assistance, and answering questions from your staff members, Clinic Directors and Billing hubs to ensure all billing, scheduling and front office duties consistently meet or exceed expectations.

Front Office Managers:

  • Have a passion for building and leading teams and know how to foster a positive team environment.
  • Are experienced managers and timely communicators with an in-depth knowledge of medical front office operations such as scheduling, medical terminology, billing systems and billing best practices.
