Position Description:
The HR Training Development Coordinator will oversee the company’s new hire and professional training and development programs, act as the administrator for the department’s various systems and partner with the Director of HR on a variety of day to day departmental activities and initiatives.


Position Responsibilities:

• First point of contact for all employee questions and guidance as to the correct point of contact within the HR team
• Oversight of the on boarding and set up process for each contractor
• Assist the HR Generalist with setup of full/part time employees
• Collaborate with the Compliance team and the Director of HR on the credentialing process for all new employees and contractors
• Facilitate HR Welcome Calls with each full/part time employee
• Oversight of the new hire, annual and professional development/CEU training process
• Responsible for tracking of developmental and CEU training programs
• Coordinate Employee Recognition programs and assist the Director of HR with identifying additional total rewards and recognition programs
• Launch TextHR campaigns for emergency preparedness, inclement weather and any other applicable events
• Oversight of monthly employee expense reporting and submission of reports to the Accounting team
• Oversight of the Performance Management system, training and set up company-wide
• Research and implement new departmental systems and procedures to improve efficiencies
• Assist the Director of HR with monthly, quarterly and annual departmental audits and reporting
• Assist the department with any and all other tasks as needed

Position Requirements:

• 1+ years of Human Resources experience required
• 2+ years of Administrative experience required
• Prior experience tracking, researching and delivering training programs preferred
• Proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing at all levels
• Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment, follow-through, and the use of tact and discretion
